Energized Vision provides professional coaching, consulting, and related services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are considered final except as outlined below.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are not guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation.
Packages & Prepaid Services
Refunds are not provided for partially used packages, prepaid services, or bundled offerings unless otherwise stated in writing.
Digital Products & Resources
All sales of digital products, downloads, or online resources are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
Exceptional Circumstances
Energized Vision reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, at its sole discretion.
