Energized Vision (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your personal information when you visit www.energizedvision.org (the “Site”), submit information through the Site, or otherwise interact with us.

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. and California privacy laws, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

When you contact us through the Site, book a call, or engage our services, you may provide personal information such as:

Please do not submit health information, patient information, or other sensitive personal information through the Site. The contact form is not a secure or confidential channel and is not intended for clinical, medical, or protected health information. If a matter requires confidentiality, contact us to agree an appropriate channel first.

Where we enter into a paid engagement with you or your organization, billing and contracting information is collected and handled separately under that engagement. No payments are taken through the Site.

Information Collected Automatically

Our hosting provider generates standard server logs when the Site is accessed. These logs may include:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Pages requested and time of request

These logs are generated for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. They are not used to build profiles of visitors, and they are not combined with information you submit.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site does not set cookies. We do not use analytics software, advertising trackers, web beacons, session recording, or similar technologies. No third-party advertising or analytics scripts run on the Site, and fonts and other assets are served from our own domain rather than from third parties.

Because the Site sets no cookies, there is no cookie consent banner and no cookie preferences to manage.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use your personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Administer engagements, including scheduling, invoicing, and related notices
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Site

  • Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate the Site or perform services on our behalf. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver services for us, and not for their own purposes. As of the date of this policy these are: our website host and form-submission provider (Netlify), our scheduling provider (Calendly), and our email and calendar provider.
  • Legal and Safety Requirements: If required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide the appropriate opt-out mechanisms.

5. Do Not Track and Third-Party Tracking

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no industry-accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals. Because the Site does not track visitors across time or across third-party websites, and sets no cookies, no tracking occurs for a DNT signal to disable. We therefore do not alter our practices in response to DNT signals; there is nothing to alter.

No third parties conduct tracking on the Site. No advertising networks, analytics providers, or other third parties collect personally identifiable information about your online activities through the Site, either over time or across third-party websites.

If you follow a link from the Site to a third-party service — for example our scheduling page or LinkedIn — that service’s own privacy practices apply. We do not control them.

6. California Consumer Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to:

  • A. Access / Know: Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
  • B. Delete: Ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • C. Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • D. Opt-Out: Ask us to stop selling or sharing personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information.
  • E. Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights under California law.

We honour these rights as a matter of practice regardless of whether we currently meet the CCPA’s applicability thresholds.

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site or contact us from outside the United States, including from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where applicable law provides them, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we process your information because you have contacted us, we do so on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you request deletion of your personal information, we will do so unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. The Site is served over HTTPS. However, no system is completely secure, and no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and information you send us by web form or email is not encrypted end to end.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.
